Ticket Pricing

The price for tickets listed on our Site and Applications includes VAT, where applicable. Please be aware that these prices may be subject to change at any time. Any such price change will not affect any orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation.


Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit and debit cards. Your credit or debit card will be charged only after we have verified your card details and received the payment authorization from your card issuer. We will then send you an order confirmation for your purchase.


Payment Authorization

Cancellation and Refunds

We will not be held liable, nor will refunds be issued, for any issues arising from your inability to receive tickets due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you, or your failure to accept delivery (whether physically or electronically). This includes situations where tickets are not claimed or downloaded from your account as needed.


Alternative Ticket Collection

Regardless of your chosen method of ticket delivery, we reserve the right to require tickets to be collected at the venue’s box office or another designated collection point. Should such a change be necessary, we will inform you via telephone or email about the collection details. You may need to present your booking confirmation email, a valid photo ID and the credit or debit card used for the purchase to collect your tickets.


Late Admission

If you arrive late to a performance, admission will only be permitted during a suitable break, which may vary by venue or production. Some events may not accommodate latecomers at all. Please check with the specific venue regarding their latecomer policy before attending. In instances where late admittance cannot be accommodated, we are unable to offer refunds.

Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data and graphics on our Site and Applications are protected by UK and other international copyright laws. Other than downloading a small proportion of content for personal use, no part of the Site or Applications may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means without prior written permission.
