tickadoo Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

1. Service description

tickadoo is an experience booking platform that aggregates tickets, tours, and attractions from multiple suppliers and makes them available to consumers and hospitality partners. Booking is processed through our suppliers; tickadoo acts as the technology provider and payment facilitator.

2. User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate booking details (name, contact, date of use) and comply with the terms of each supplier’s experience. Misuse, fraudulent bookings, or attempts to resell tickets without authorisation may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Payment terms

Consumer bookings are charged at the price displayed at checkout. Hospitality partners pay no upfront platform fee; tickadoo earns a commission on bookings originated through partner surfaces. Taxes and local fees are included where required by law.

4. Data protection

tickadoo is GDPR-compliant and registered in the United Kingdom. We process personal data strictly for the purposes of completing bookings, delivering tickets, and communicating with users about their orders. For details, contact legal@tickadoo.com.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trade marks, and software on the platform are the property of tickadoo or its licensors. “tickadoo” and “What Do You Wanna Doo?” are registered trade marks. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, or resale is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, tickadoo’s liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. tickadoo is not liable for supplier cancellations, force majeure events, or indirect losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
