Please be careful to plan your visit carefully. The experience generally takes at least 3 hours, but can take more or less depending on how long you remain on each island and the museum.
Please remember that if you schedule one of the last ferries of the day, you won't have time to visit the two islands.
The time on your reservation is for entry to the screening area, the ferry departure time you receive could be up to an hour later.
Ferry ticket collection at Castle Clinton box office #6 (will call) in Battery Park.
You will need to show your voucher at the Castle Clinton Box Office (will call) in Battery Park and exchange it for a paper ticket to be allowed to board the ferry.

Bus: M1, M6 or M15 to South Ferry (last stop)
Ferries depart approximately every 25 - 30 minutes from the New York departure point.
