Punctuality: Due to scheduled flight times and routes it is not possible for the helicopter to wait for guests who are running late. We urge you to plan to arrive well in advance of your scheduled flight time. You must check in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. We recommend you allow extra time in case of traffic or public transportation delays.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience on your NYC Basic Helicopter Tour, here are some important details to keep in mind:
What to bring: All guests must have a valid photo ID. Please have your passport or driver’s licence with you. A $40 helipad fee will be collected at check in.
Safety: Safety is top priority for our crew and guests. It is required for all attendees to watch a safety video. This video is available in multiple languages, including English, French, German, and Spanish. For safety purposes all flights must be balanced according to weight. Passengers will be weighed and an appropriate seating plan will be made. Staff will try to accommodate seating requests, but may not be able to. There is a weight limit of 275lbs per passenger. Guests weighing near or more than that may need to wait for a flight that can safely accommodate them. All passengers will have their weight confirmed by scale.
