Visitor guidelines

• No outside food or drinks are allowed.

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or above.

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to enter or participate in any rides or attractions for safety reasons.

• Guests in poor health or with underlying medical conditions should refrain from taking part in physically demanding rides.

• Pregnant women are strongly advised not to participate in rides or attractions that may cause physical stress.

• Guests with a history of heart conditions, neck or back problems, including high blood pressure or cardiovascular issues, are discouraged from using rides that may aggravate these conditions.

• Those who have recently undergone surgery or have been unwell should avoid any activities that involve sudden motion or intense physical movement.

• Children who cannot walk or sit upright unaided are not allowed on rides. Babies cannot be held on the lap of other riders during any attraction.
