Age suitability

Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, but can travel independently with prior permission from our staff.

Know before you go

Before embarking on your Milford Sound Cruise, ensure you arrive at the Milford Sound Visitor Terminal at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Wear layers as the weather in Milford Sound can be unpredictable, and bring a waterproof jacket or umbrella. Don't forget your camera and binoculars to capture the stunning scenery. If you have any mobility issues, please inform our staff at check-in so we can assist you. Our vessels are wheelchair accessible, but please note that the boat may experience some movement during the cruise.
