View Bali through the eyes of 200 artists from 25 nationalities
Museum Pasifika in Nusa Dua houses one of Southeast Asia's most impressive collections of art from across the Asia-Pacific region. This cultural centre displays over 600 works from more than 200 artists, spanning traditional and contemporary styles that capture the artistic heritage of Indonesia, Southeast Asia and Pacific islands.
Your ticket grants access to galleries showcasing paintings, sculptures and photography that explore the ancient Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana - the harmonious relationship between people, nature and spirituality. You'll see how both international and local artists interpret Bali's landscapes, culture and spiritual traditions through diverse artistic mediums. The museum's thoughtful curation reveals how the island has inspired creative minds from around the world.
Museum Pasifika Bali opens daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The museum works well as a peaceful afternoon activity, allowing 1-2 hours to properly explore the collections. Located in Nusa Dua, it's easily accessible by taxi or private transport from most areas of southern Bali.
Photography is generally permitted, though check for specific restrictions in certain galleries. Bring a valid photo ID as it may be required at entry. The museum's wide spaces and accessible design make it suitable for families, students and visitors with mobility requirements.
If you're exploring Bali's cultural attractions, consider combining your museum visit with other nearby experiences. The Water Blow Nusa Dua natural attraction is just a short distance away, perfect for experiencing Bali's dramatic coastline after your art appreciation.
