The tour lasts approximately 30 minutes in the air with departures from Richardson Bay. You'll need to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time and bring valid photo identification for check-in. The helicopter accommodates up to two passengers per flight, with weight restrictions of under 220 lb (99.7 kg) and height limits of 6'1'' maximum.

Infants under age 3 may fly on a parent's lap with appropriate ear protection. Flights may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, with rebooking available for up to a year. Free parking is available at the Seabase departure location.
