Ray cuddle sessions typically run daily between 9:40am and 1:40pm, with specific time slots available when booking your tickets. Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session starts. The entire experience typically takes 2-3 hours including the cuddle session and exploring the aquarium exhibits.

Bring swimwear, a towel and change of clothes as you'll be getting wet during the lagoon activities. The facility provides wetsuits and socks for the ray encounter. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the experience.
