Xplor Park opens from 9:00am to 5:00pm, giving you eight hours to tackle all the activities. Book early in your trip to maximise adventure time, and wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes suitable for wet conditions. Bring valid ID and consider packing a towel as these aren't provided.

Hotel pick-up is included from Cancún or Playa del Carmen, with specific times confirmed after booking. The park provides secure lockers for belongings, modern changing facilities, and a hammock lounge area for breaks between activities. All safety equipment is included, though photos and souvenirs cost extra.
