You must select a specific timeslot when booking your Conciergerie tickets online. Arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time for last entry. The self-guided visit typically takes 1-2 hours, though you can move at your own pace through the various chambers and exhibitions.

Entry is free for visitors under 18 and EU residents aged 18-25 with proof of residency. Free admission is also available during European Heritage Days in September and on the first Sunday of November, January, February and March. Large bags and luggage are not permitted inside, so travel light.
