Back to the Future: The Musical
Back to the Future: The Musical brings the 1985 Robert Zemeckis film to the stage, following Marty McFly as he is transported to 1955 in a time machine built by the eccentric Doc Brown, accidentally changing the course of history and racing to put it right. It is adapted by the film's creators Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis, directed by Tony Award winner John Rando, with original music by Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard alongside film favourites including The Power of Love and Johnny B. Goode. It won the 2022 Olivier Award for Best New Musical.
Broadway Run
The Broadway production played at the Winter Garden Theatre and ended its run on 5 January 2025. The show is not currently playing on Broadway. A North American tour is touring cities across the United States, so check the official tour schedule for dates near you.
