• The weight limit is 275lbs or 124kg per passenger. Passengers who exceed this will have to wait for a flight with an empty seat (not guaranteed), or else they will be required to purchase an additional ticket.

• Heliport fee of $40 per passenger is excluded in the price.

What to bring: Please remember to bring a valid form of identification with you. A passport or any other government-issued ID is necessary to board your flight. This is a mandatory security measure and helps us ensure a safe experience for all our guests. A $40 helipad fee will be collected at check in.

Safety First: Your safety is our top priority. Prior to boarding, you'll be shown a safety briefing video. This video is available in multiple languages, including English, French, German, and Spanish, to cater to our diverse group of adventurers.

Accessibility: For safety purposes all flights must be balanced according to weight. Passengers will be weighed and an appropriate seating plan will be made. Staff will try to accommodate seating requests, but may not be able to. There is a weight limit of 275lbs per passenger. Guests weighing near or more than that may need to wait for a flight that can safely accommodate them. All passengers will have their weight confirmed by scale.

Group Size: To maintain comfort and ensure personal attention, we limit our flights to no more than 6 participants. This intimate group size guarantees unobstructed views and a more personalized experience as you soar above the city.

Timeliness: The city's pace is fast, and so is our schedule. Please plan to arrive well before your scheduled departure time. Our tours adhere to a strict timetable, and we cannot delay takeoff for late arrivals. This policy helps us provide timely service to all our guests and ensures that you enjoy the full experience without rush.
