Plan Your Visit to Royal Palace of Madrid

The Royal Palace and Royal Collections Gallery open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sundays and holidays from 10am to 7pm. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing time. Your selected time slot applies to the Royal Palace entry, whilst your gallery ticket remains valid for up to seven days after your palace visit (excluding free entry hours Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 8pm).

Plan to spend around three to four hours exploring both venues thoroughly. The palace and gallery are located in central Madrid near the Opera district, easily accessible by metro (Opera station), bus, or Cercanías trains (Príncipe Pío Station). Arrive with valid photo ID matching your booking, and note that large bags aren't permitted though on-site lockers are available.
