Is food & drink available at the venue?
Yes, we have two bars. The Spirit of Man Bar & Restaurant offers cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, pizzas, burgers, salads, snacks, and more. The Red Weed Tavern during the interval serves drinks, snacks, and the signature Red Weed Cocktail.
I have booked a meal; when do I eat?
If you're dining before the experience, we recommend arriving at least 1 hour before the start time. Otherwise, you can dine after the show.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options available?
Yes, vegan & gluten-free options are on offer on the menu.
Is there a gift shop?
Yes, there is a large selection of themed merchandise at the venue.
Are there lockers for personal belongings?
Yes, small lockers are available. Most coats, handbags, and backpacks fit inside. Speak to one of the team members for assistance.
Are there chairs inside?
It's a walk-through experience. During some scenes, there are seats which you can watch from.
Will I experience motion sickness?
Possibly, especially during VR scenes. Precautions like travel sickness tablets may help. The team is ready to assist if needed.
I have a medical condition. Is the experience suitable for me?
This experience is unsuitable for sufferers of high blood pressure, heart conditions, Epilepsy, back/neck conditions, breathing or respiratory conditions, nervous conditions or blindness.
Can I take photos?
Yes, in the bars. No photography is allowed during the experience except in the interval bar. Professional photos are available for purchase afterwards.
