Are there weight restrictions for the O2 Arena climbing experience?
Yes, there's a maximum weight limit of 130kg (20.5 stone) for safety reasons. Participants must also be between 1.2m and 2.1m tall to use the safety equipment properly.
Can I bring a camera during the sunset climb?
Personal cameras aren't permitted for safety reasons. Professional group photos are taken by guides and included in your tickadoo booking. Individual photos can be purchased separately.
How far in advance should I book the twilight climb through tickadoo?
Book at least 2-3 weeks ahead, especially for weekend sunset slots which are extremely popular. Summer evening climbs often sell out a month in advance.
Where exactly is the O2 Arena located and how do I get there?
The O2 Arena is on the Greenwich Peninsula. Take the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich station, which connects directly to the venue. Multiple bus routes also serve the area.
