Courses operate daily from 9am to 3pm with sessions running at 1.5-hour intervals. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time for the mandatory safety briefing and equipment fitting. Most visitors spend 2-3 hours at the park, depending on which courses they tackle.

Height restrictions apply: Little Legend requires participants over 110cm tall, whilst Island Extreme needs adventurers over 140cm. All participants must weigh under 100kg and complete a disclaimer form before starting. Children under 12 need adult supervision throughout their adventure.

Wear secure, closed-toe shoes with good ankle support and fitted clothing that won't catch on obstacles. Avoid loose garments and remove all jewellery before participating. The park provides restrooms, parking, and prayer rooms for visitor convenience.
