Good to Know

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. Bring valid photo ID and dress appropriately for alpine weather conditions. Only small bags are permitted - large luggage and suitcases are not allowed on this excursion. Food and drinks are not included, but you can bring your own or visit cafes in Zermatt.

The cable car may close due to bad weather or maintenance, so check conditions before departure. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. No smoking or pets are allowed on transport or in cable car stations.
