This adventure operates with a minimum of two guests per session, so booking ahead is essential as group sizes are limited. You'll need at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for orientation and equipment fitting. The entire experience lasts five hours including preparation, cave exploration, and post-adventure refreshments.

Participants must be at least 16 years old and weigh over 45kg. A moderate level of fitness is required, and whilst you don't need strong swimming skills, you should feel comfortable in water. The experience is not suitable for those with mobility issues or wheelchair users. All technical equipment including helmets, wetsuits, and abseiling gear is provided.
