Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in and safety briefing. Tours run for 1.5 to 2.25 hours depending on the option selected, starting with equipment fitting and a scenic minivan drive to the forest platforms.

Wear closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing as conditions can change quickly in the forest canopy. All safety equipment is provided, including harnesses and helmets. Participants must not exceed 120kg and age restrictions apply depending on tour selection. Children under 15 require adult supervision.
