Before You Go

MJ The Musical is recommended for ages 8 and up, and children under 4 are not permitted in the theatre. All guests, regardless of age, must have their own tickets.

The Neil Simon Theatre enforces a strict late seating policy. If you arrive after the performance begins, you'll be held in the lobby for approximately 22 minutes during Act I and 10 minutes during Act II, though you can watch the show on monitors during this time.

No outside food, drinks, or large bags are permitted. All bags are subject to inspection, and professional cameras or recording equipment are strictly prohibited. The theatre does not offer luggage storage, so plan accordingly for your visit.
