Start early in the morning for calmer terraces and better lighting for photography. The 200-step climb to the terraces requires reasonable fitness levels, and children under 9 cannot access the terrace areas for safety reasons. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water for the ascent.

Remember the dress code: both men and women must cover shoulders and knees to enter. The general cathedral area is wheelchair accessible, though the terrace stairs are not suitable for visitors with mobility issues.
