Boat transfers to Robben Island depend on weather conditions and may be cancelled for safety reasons. Wear comfortable walking shoes as both sites involve considerable walking on uneven surfaces.

The tour operates year-round, though winter months (May to September) can be windy for the boat crossing. Wine tasting at Groot Constantia costs extra and isn't included in your ticket price. Some areas may not be fully accessible for visitors with limited mobility.
