Your Berlin WelcomeCard activates from the date and time you select during booking and remains valid for exactly 72 hours. This gives you three full days to explore at your own pace, whether you're focusing on Museum Island's world-class collections or venturing to outer districts via public transport.

The card arrives digitally via email, but you must print it before travelling as digital passes aren't accepted. Present your printed pass at participating venues to claim free entry or discounts. For families, up to three children aged 6-14 travel free with each adult pass, whilst children under 6 also travel at no charge.

If you're planning to visit Potsdam or arrive via BER Airport, choose the ABC zone option. The AB zone covers central Berlin comprehensively but cannot be upgraded with a single connection ticket.
