The experience runs daily with multiple showtimes. English shows take place at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm, whilst Dutch presentations run at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. Each show lasts approximately 40 minutes, and you can select your preferred time slot upon arrival with your open ticket.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your chosen showtime for smooth entry. The venue is wheelchair and pushchair accessible, making it suitable for all visitors. Children under 6 enter free with a paying adult. Note that there are no toilet facilities inside Noorderkerk, but public restrooms are available nearby.
