Age suitability

Children under the age of 4 are not allowed to enter the Euromast. Children between 4 and 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Know before you go

Before visiting the Euromast, make sure to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you'll be walking up and down stairs. It's also a good idea to arrive early to avoid long queues. The Euromast is wheelchair accessible, but please note that the viewing deck is not. You can bring your camera and take stunning photos of the Rotterdam skyline. Food and drinks are available for purchase at the luxury restaurant, but feel free to bring your own snacks if you prefer. Don't forget to bring your ID and any necessary travel documents.

Visitor guidelines

Please respect other visitors and follow the rules. Photography is allowed for personal use, but please refrain from using tripods or other equipment that may obstruct the view. Smoking and eating are not allowed on the viewing deck. Please keep your voice down and avoid loud behavior. In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the staff and exit the building promptly.
