Your evening starts as you meet your representative at 38-51 Bedford Way, Bloomsbury, before boarding a comfortable coach bound for the Warner Bros. Studio. Upon arrival, registration begins at 7:30pm, giving you the chance to absorb the magic and excitement before joining fellow guests inside the iconic Great Hall. Here, you'll find a relaxed and inviting setting, complete with a grazing-style dinner offering flavourful bites inspired by the wizarding world.

Meet the filmmakers and uncover secrets

Starting at 8:30pm, enjoy an engaging talk and Q&A session led by Martin Bayfield, known as Hagrid's body double from the Harry Potter films. Each week, a different filmmaking expert joins to share their unique experiences, from set design and choreography to crafts and special effects. With seating close to the action, you'll gain insight into how some of the saga’s most magical moments came to life.
