tickadoo Gift Voucher Terms
1. Issuer
Gift vouchers (“Vouchers”) are issued by Tickadoo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14949414), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
Payment for Vouchers is processed by Tickadoo Inc, a Delaware corporation, acting solely as collection agent on behalf of Tickadoo Ltd. All funds collected are the property of Tickadoo Ltd until redemption.
2. Validity Period
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
3. Fees
No activation, service, or inactivity fees apply to Vouchers.
4. Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed globally on the tickadoo website for eligible events, experiences, or other services offered by tickadoo.
Redemption requires a tickadoo account.
Partial redemption is permitted; any remaining balance will stay on the same Voucher until expiry.
5. Restrictions
Vouchers cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other Vouchers.
tickadoo reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Once issued, Vouchers are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Where a booking purchased using a Voucher is cancelled, the refund will be reissued as tickadoo credit or a replacement Voucher.
7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
tickadoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted Vouchers. However, where possible, the balance may be transferred to a new Voucher upon satisfactory verification of ownership.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers outside the UK may have additional rights under their local consumer protection laws.
