tickadoo+  Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the free tickadoo+ promotional offer (the Promotion). By claiming or using the Promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is only available to users who either
 a) create a qualifying booking after the Promotion has gone live, or
 b) sign up for a tickadoo member account before creating that qualifying booking.The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to any bookings made before the Promotion launch date, regardless of account status. tickadoo may update eligibility criteria at any time.

2. Limited Time Offer

The Promotion is offered at tickadoo’s discretion and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Access to free tickadoo+ benefits is not guaranteed beyond the stated promotional period.

3. Promotional Benefits

During the Promotion, eligible users may receive complimentary access to certain tickadoo+ features, which may include discounted prices, early access, exclusive offers or other benefits.
All promotional benefits are
 • subject to availability
 • not guaranteed for all events, experiences or dates
 • offered on a first come, first served basis
 • offered exactly as displayed and may vary by city or partner
tickadoo does not guarantee availability, discount levels or the continuation of any specific benefit.

4. Event and Experience Discounts

Discounts and pricing offered through tickadoo+ depend on inventory, partner availability and market conditions.
Discounts may vary, may apply only to specific ticket types and may be withdrawn at any time.
tickadoo takes no responsibility for any changes made by event organisers or experience partners.

5. Modifications to the Promotion

tickadoo may amend the Promotion, its benefits, duration or terms at any time. Such changes will apply immediately once posted on the tickadoo website or app.

6. Misuse

tickadoo reserves the right to revoke promotional access from any user who misuses the Promotion, breaches these terms or behaves in a way that could harm tickadoo or its partners.

7. No Cash Alternative

The Promotion has no cash value. Benefits cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.

8. Liability

tickadoo is not liable for
 • the availability of any event, experience or offer
 • pricing changes
 • partner decisions or cancellations
 • losses resulting from the modification or withdrawal of the Promotion

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
