Plan Your Visit to Hell's Gate

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your entry time for check-in and orientation. The complete experience allows plenty of time to explore the geothermal park and enjoy the spa facilities at your own pace. Bring swimwear and towels for the bathing portions, though changing rooms and lockers are provided onsite for your convenience.

The facility offers wheelchair access to the spa areas, though the walking paths require off-road capable wheelchairs and assistance. Children as young as 2.5 years can enjoy the mud bath, while babies from 6 months can use the sulphur spa with adult supervision.
