Boats depart every 15 minutes during operating hours. From 11 November to 19 December and 24 December, first departure is 10am from Eiffel Tower with last departure at 5pm (7pm on Friday to Sunday). During the Christmas period (20-23 December and 25 December to 5 January), boats run 10am to 7pm daily (11am start on 1 January).

The boarding point is Port de la Bourdonnais near the Eiffel Tower. Wheelchair access is available at the Eiffel Tower stop with ramps provided. Guide dogs and small pets in carriers or on leads are welcome. Bulky luggage is not permitted onboard for safety reasons.
