Entry is via King Street—simply show your mobile ticket for fast-tracked admission. Security checks may apply and lockers are available at the entrance. The venue is wheelchair-accessible and stroller friendly so families and those with mobility needs are welcome.

With multiple levels showcasing habitats from Australian waters to sub-Antarctic environments, the aquarium is home to more than 10,000 extraordinary species. Wander at your own pace through:

Special Events and Penguin Passport

Enjoy rotating exhibitions like Animal Crossing: New Horizons for a playful mix of console favourite and marine discovery. For an even more memorable visit, upgrade to the Penguin Passport package. This behind-the-scenes experience lets you step onto real ice wearing snow gear, meet and interact with the aquarium’s colony of penguins—including the charismatic Pesto—and chat with keepers about their daily care routines. The Penguin Passport encounter is for ages 12 and up, with limited places available.
