Getting started

Arriving at the Riverside Building on Westminster Bridge Road, your journey begins with a quick ticket scan and warm greetings by staff members. As you step inside, Donkey welcomes you aboard his extraordinary 4D flying bus and whisks you into the heart of Far Far Away. Feel the thrill of motion, special effects and energetic storytelling as your adventure launches.

What to expect

Move beyond the screen and live out the fairy tale. The multi-sensory bus adventure is just the beginning; over the next 70 minutes, you’ll weave through a series of themed live shows featuring beloved characters like Cinderella, Pinocchio and Puss in Boots. Each set is filled with surprises, from magical effects to laughter-filled moments tailored for both kids and adults.

• 4D Flying Bus Ride: Donkey’s fast-paced flight takes you soaring past dragons, witches and fantastical scenery using wind, mist and motion for an immersive sensation.

• Nine Live Shows: Interact with a mix of costumed performers, detailed sets and clever riddles as you join characters on an epic quest to find Shrek and evade the mischievous Rumpelstiltskin.

Accessibility and family-friendly amenities

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible with lifts available. Children under 2 enter free but still require a ticket. Strollers are not permitted inside, but free buggy parking is provided at the entrance. Baby changing facilities and restrooms ensure families have everything they need. Note: the 4D flying bus is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with certain health conditions.

Set aside at least 70 minutes for your adventure and consider arriving a little early to explore the surrounding South Bank area. Check your booking for opening times as these may differ seasonally. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and the recommended minimum age is 6.
