Good to Know

Tours descend over 200 metres underground through active mining areas. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. All safety gear must be worn throughout the visit and photography is permitted with care for safety guidelines.

The tour is not wheelchair accessible due to underground terrain and uneven surfaces. Children are welcome but pushchairs cannot be taken into the mine. Underground temperatures remain stable at 23-24°C regardless of surface weather conditions.
