Grover's Corners is a quiet little town, full of ordinary folk living everyday lives. Through the eyes of the Stage Manager, we witness the daily rhythms of life, love, marriage and death in small-town America at the turn of the 20th century. Wilder's deceptively simple play becomes a profound meditation on the beauty of ordinary existence and the tragedy of failing to appreciate life while we're living it.
