Visit Kobe Port Tower, which now hosts a museum with a light-themed exhibition, a shop, and a café and bar with a rotating floor. Start at the observation deck to see the cityscape of Kobe and the surrounding area. There are multiple spots available for photographs of the harbor and skyline. Tickets include access to the rooftop deck (if selected), introduced after the renovation. This glass-enclosed area offers open-air seating at the top of the tower and views of the city, sea, and sky both during the day and at night.
