Good to Know

Tours run daily according to stadium schedules, though times may change on event or match days. The experience doesn't operate on January 1st and April 27th. Your visit begins at the ArenA's main entrance where staff will validate your ticket and provide your audio guide after a brief induction.

The tour is fully wheelchair and pram accessible, and guide dogs are welcome throughout. Wear comfortable footwear as you'll navigate stairs and potentially uneven areas. Access to the Ajax dressing room depends on team activities and may not be available if players are using the facilities. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time and bring photo ID for ticket validation if required.
